Terms of Service

CueInk is a privacy-focused browser and productivity workspace. It provides features such as:

• A floating, always-on-top window
• Screen-capture protection (Invisible mode)
• An encrypted VPN tunnel (Ink Network)
• Productivity toolkits (School & Work modes)

You are responsible for how you use CueInk and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any services you visit.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a CueInk account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We offer three subscription plans: Ink Basic, Ink Pro, and Ink Elite.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, 3-month, or 6-month basis.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through our Stripe Customer Portal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

You agree not to:

• Use CueInk to violate any law, regulation, or third-party terms of service.
• Attempt to interfere with, modify, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Use CueInk to access, distribute, or store illegal content.
• Use CueInk in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service.

CueInk is designed for personal privacy and productivity. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the app is permitted in your environment.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute CueInk without prior written consent.
• Use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to access our service.
• Attempt to bypass any security mechanisms within the app itself.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time by deleting it within the app or contacting us.
